The public events organised online by the CosmoPolitical Cooperative are multilingual live chats, each organised around a written document, under the principle that any person can actively participate and understand in his/her native language (among those of the European Union).

How to participate in an online public event of the CosmoPolitical Cooperative
Here is how you can participate and fully enjoy the experience.
Before the event
Access the document supporting the presentation and machine-translate it into your language, using online tools such as DeepL or that of well-known digital monopolists.
Install the DeepL machine translation module on your web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) or the DeepL app on your computer (Windows, MacOS) or mobile device (Android or ChromeOS, iPhone or iPad).
Configure the machine translation module to translate into you native language.
At the start of the event
Each event comes with two links:
- one link to the document being presented and discussed;
- one link to the live chat where the discussion takes place.
Open these links in two separate windows, so as to be able to place them alongside each other and to see them simultaneously.
During the event
Understand the content written in a language that you don't know by selecting the text and clicking on the "Translate" button provided by the DeepL module that appears just below and to the right of the text you selected. A window will appear with the text translated into your native language.
When prompted by the moderator, ask your question or make your statement in the live chat, in your native language, placing at the start the two-letter code of the language that you use (e.g. 'en' for English).
After the event
Save the links to the document and to the conversation - and share them with your friends!
