Each share of the CosmoPolitical Cooperative SCE is a part of its capital.
In order to be a full member of the CosmoPolitical Cooperative SCE, a Cooperator, you must, after having followed the full registration process starting here, purchase at least one share. You may purchase more shares if you want. This adds to the capital of the Cooperative and enables it to engage in more actions and to be financially more robust. You would thereby help us a lot! You will define the number of shares you want to purchase on the upcoming 'shopping cart' page.
As defined by law, the CosmoPolitical Cooperative SCE operates under a "one person - one vote" principle. As a Cooperator, you hence have one vote in our democratic decisions, and one vote only, whatever the number of shares you own.
Your share(s) in the CosmoPolitical Cooperative SCE are purchased back from you at its(their) nominal value in the case, which we of course would regret, of you leaving the Cooperative. This purchase takes place at the end of the Financial Year of your decision to leave the Cooperative.
